Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy. Below we explain what data we collect, for what purpose and what rights you have.

1. Data controller

The controller of your data is Stacja Japonia (Paweł), who operates the website otwarcinaswiat.pl. For matters concerning personal data, contact: wyjazdy@otwarcinaswiat.pl.

2. What data we collect

We process the data you provide voluntarily in the contact form or the trip configurator: your name, email address, optionally a phone number, and information about your planned trip (dates, budget, number of people, interests, notes). If you sign up for the newsletter or download a checklist, we process your email address.

3. Purpose and lawful basis

We process the data in order to respond to you, prepare an offer and stay in contact - on the basis of your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR) and to take steps prior to entering into a contract (point (b)). We send the newsletter on the basis of consent.

4. Retention period

We retain the data for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose (handling your enquiry, preparing and arranging the trip), and in the case of marketing consent - until it is withdrawn.

5. Your rights

You have the right to access your data, to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, to object, and to withdraw your consent at any time (without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal). You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (the supervisory authority).

6. Data recipients

Your data may be processed by trusted service providers necessary for the operation of the website (hosting, email) - only to the extent required to fulfil the stated purposes. We do not sell your data.

7. Cookies

The website uses only strictly necessary cookies (session, form protection) and anonymous visit statistics that do not store the raw IP address (only a hash of it). You can opt out of having your visits counted at any time.
